i wanted to compare the Helloween and Jeff Buckley songs to see which one was more pro-Jesus so that i could choose which one was my favorite in that regard but i can't tell immediately from the lyrics. what do you all think?

Laudate Dominum by Helloween

Halleluja, homines,
Gaudete de domino,
Qui donat vita omnes, quod amat nos!

Halleluja, mi deus,
Tu vivis omnipotens,
Tu es semper benignus, tu amas nos!

Pater noster in cælis
Totum orbem terræ regnat
Et vincit diabolum timorem et ominum hominum

Oh laudate dominum!
Prædicate deum
Amate creatorem,
Qui creavit mundum
Oh laudate dominum!

Ecce, et te vult Jesus liberare,
Ducere per vitam amicus, gaude tu!

Amici, dimittie
Mente malam pravamque!
Anima accipite salvam fidem!

Jesus Christus in cruce
De vita decessit dolens
Sed de morte resurrexit lux mundi nova

Oh laudate dominum!
Filium Jesum Christum
Ominum redemporem
Et spiritum santum!
Oh laudate dominum!

Oh laudate dominum!
Prædicate deum
Amate creatorem,
Qui creavit mundum
Oh laudate dominum!
Oh laudate dominum!

Oh laudate dominum!
Oh laudate dominum!
Oh laudate dominum!

Oh laudate dominum!

Corpus Christi Carol by Jeff Buckley

He bear her off, he bear her down
He bear her into an orchard ground
Lu Li Lu Lay
Lu Li Lu Lay
The falcon hath bourne my mate away

And in this orchard there was a hold
That was hanged with purple and gold
And in that hold there was a bed
And it was hanged with gold so red

Lu Li Lu Lay
Lu Li Lu Lay
The falcon hath bourne my mate away

And on this bed there lyeth a knight
His wound is bleeding day and night
By his bedside kneeleth a maid
And she weepeth both night and day

Lu Li Lu Lay
Lu Li Lu Lay
The falcon hath bourne my mate away

By his bedside standeth a stone
Corpus Christi written thereon

Helloween looks a lot more pro-Jesus and a lot more pro-God. The Latin translates into a near hymn, first praising the lord and how he loves us, rules us and the world, and created us. Then, it talks about Jesus leading us to be free and the crucifixition and resurrection, followed by the praise of the holy spirit and its redeeming power. Very loose translation and summation off the top of my head. Corpus Christi merely references Christ as opposed to actually praising him. Besides, as taught to us by Mel Gibson, only people that talk about Christ in dead languages matter.
