Which new darkthrone do you mean? They are releasing albums like farts. I can't keep up, I still think The Cult is alive is new although they released both FOAD and Dark thrones and black flags after that one. Anyway, they should think quality over quantity. There are some hits on each album, and there is also alot of meh. Should've waited and gathered all the good shit on one disc instead.

Been listening to Dark Thrones & Black Flags a bit. I'm digging it. Not as good as FOAD, but still pretty ace.

i definitely like the black-metal-motörhead music of the last few, but some of the vocals are pretty bad, and too loud. also, a lot of the lyrics are really dumb/silly.

I dig the new style for what it is and am looking forward to the new one Circle the Wagons in early 2010.

I do agree with neal about the vocals being loud. On certain cd player/boombox type stereos the vocals really dominate the mix.
