i read in the phoenix today that she's a recent grad who moved to virginia - but it mentioned nothing about the flahsing incident. is it the same girl?

Name's the same and she resembles the girl I remember seeing, so I bet so, yeah! Then again Thao Nguyen isn't exactly an uncommon name.
