Just wondering.....

It doesn't sound anywhere near as good as the original..... the guy sounds bored! Just a small gripe, but it's noticeable!!!!!

FETYC is still an absolute cranking tune....one of the best on WM. I think it's being slightly forgotten now cause we've all heard it so many times, but I bloody love it.

It sounds to me like it's the same recording but slowed down a bit.

Curious if the soundbite is from any zombie film per chance?

at first i also didn't like the new FETYC intro voiceover but now i like it much better than the old one, to be honest the old one sounds gay now.

I just feel like the guy sounds like he's read it out so many times he was bored when they recorded the final take.

Its a world where zombies are fucking taking over the city - let's get a bit of life and urgency in us!!!

since John Bush is specialised on voiceovers nowadays they could have used his voice for the intro, what a degradation for John doing voiceovers on a Joey-record:lol:

Maybe they figured out a way to have Joey and John on the same album.....
