This album would have been involved in a heavy RC circle jerk in the days of yore. It reminds me of a lot of bands from the late 90's/early 2000's. FFO: early Opeth, Edge of Sanity, Devin Townsend, with folk metal thrown in. Mixed by Dan Swano. Mastered by Jens Bogren.

Listened yesterday. The first 3 min were trying of my patience, then I got interested, but it subsequently dissipated and I turned it off about halfway through.

Hey, I didn't claim to love it yet. I still need to dedicate some more listening to it. However, peeps are spewing their pearl jam all over the interwebs over this release so I thought I'd bring it up. Some crazy superlatives are being thrown around over it. I know we, RC collectively, would be doing the same 15 years ago...I must admit.
