WITCHCRAFT's new album The Alchemist...

Ive heard a couple songs so far...one of them was really interesting. I dont remember names though. I love the Self-Titled but I don't find ever find myself reaching for Firewood at all.

Listened to it once when a friend brought the promo here, i don't want to listen to it again until it is released. All i can say is that the band reached an absolutely higher level of songwriting, i couldn't believe what i was listening to, it was a huge pleasant surprise that topped even my biggest expectations. Riffs/melodies/vocal melodies/rhythms/song structure...everything has gone somewhere else, this one will shock the world.

I agree that this album blows Firewood (a decent LP with a few great numbers) to the stunning s/t or this new gem.
I can't wait to get this on vinyl!

I heard some tracks, and i agree it's sounding awesome. I really like the "hey doctor' song. They're touring the u.s next month, and they put on a great live show. I'm definitely going to try to catch them :kickass:

Yeah, the leaks been in my playlist for the last few days, I'm digging the hell out of it.

Can't wait till it comes out so I can blast it on the good sound system.

I bought both the s/t and Firewood after seeing them live last year. The s/t is definitely better, though Firewood's got quite a few awesome rockers at it!

This new album is great, but I find that the music (of at least these last two albums) is generally lacking in the drum department. I dunno, maybe it's just a personal taste. He still does a perfectly fine job, though... don't get me wrong.
