The "A Grim Apparition" EP will immediately garner your attention with it's visually stunning artwork by renowned artist Thomas John Barber. Upon closer examination you'll find the disc to contain soaring vocals courtesy of Michael Lance (Ancient Cross, ex-Reverend) virtuosic leadwork and melodic thrashing from the guitar tandem of Robert Williams (ex-Of The Fallen) and Robb Bockman (Panzergod) the in the pocket, no nonsense basslines of Andy Gonzalez (Hammerwhore) and the thunderous, pounding battery of skinsman Yevgeniy Dankovjucovic. This strong branding of classic metal is timeless both in it's delivery and relevance.

Formed in late 2005; Witches Mark feature within their ranks current and former members of cult metal favorites Reverend, Hammerwhore, Of the Fallen and Panzergod. Witches Mark have opened for a diverse range of national acts that currently include: Dokken, In Flames, Living Colour, Machine Head, Mortician, Nevermore, Skinlab, and Tesla in addition to performing in front of larger audiences at the Milwaukee Metalfest, Texas Powerfest, SXSW and most recently making their international debut in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico playing to an estimated 600 plus headbangers...

"Salem's Fire" the lead off track on "A Grim Apparition" has started to gain airplay in select U.S. markets and college radio stations and is featured in heavy rotation on several FM Classic Rock/Hard Rock format radio stations in the band's hometown of Austin, Texas.
