S'been working for me! 
I figured out why, but is hard to explain. 
When you fixed the times on the forum, it made it so all future posts would have the correct time, but all past posts would not be changed. Because myself and a few others posted while the times were incorrect, the forum recorded our last posts as posted at about 9:50pm, when they were really posted at around 5 or 6pm. Whenever I tried to post again, it told me I could not post more than once within 30 seconds, as the times were mucked up, so I couldn't post again until it was after 9:50.
Did that make sense?
