Well as far as TV it is. Anyway's its entertainment and that's how it should be treated. Escapism. AND you have the choice to not watch it, which is fair enough.

Why? So you can see the same story ran into the ground for 2-3 years? Im glad Ted Turner is out from behind them now. Look at Chris Jerhico, in WCW they pushed him to the bottom of the totem pole, however he comes to WWF and becomes an actual star. Not to mention Chris Beniot, Big Show and others. Yea I miss WCW too?
I like wrestling a lot, but it's been really going down hill. Storylines have become stale, they're very predictable, etc...How can they stryve for greatness when they bought out all their competition? As far as the title belts are concerned, they don't mean shit anymore. There isn't anything prestigous about them anymore because they change hands so much. And that Hardcore title is a total joke!

I agree with the belt deal except for the Championship belt. It was held for nearly a year and a half by HHH, now Jericho has had a good run with it and now its time to change hands. When someone gets the belt every other month does kill its worth though.

How can they have greatness with no competition? Easy: people can watch non-wrestling stuff if they get tired with wrestling. Or they can do like me and quit watching TV all together. I am SO glad I quit watching wrestling.
Though some people will watch no matter what.

What do you mean "no competition"? Every tv show on during that time slot is competition. Dont forget it is a tv show therefor the main goal is RATINGS. As far as Vince McMahon is concerned, Friends and Survior and such are the "other" company.

I can understand why people diss wrestling for getting stale and the bad storylines of late (I disagree but I see you're point) I just think is stupid to diss it because it's "fake".
