You've probably seen most of them before in similar lists, but they're still worth a giggle.

Dear God those Christian ones are awful. I actually have a few of those metal/rock ones. I got sent a copy of the Boned album and tossed it out without even listening to it.

Apart from Bill Ward wearing his wife's underwear and Ozzy wearing a dressing gown, what on Earth is wrong with Sabotage?

I've got both those Scorpions albums and neither cover is as dodgy as Virgin Killer. No wonder they banned it!

I have Virgin Killer with the original art. It wasn't actually banned in Europe. Speaking of Europe, how many different covers does The Final Countdown have?

Covers 8 - 11 are insane! I have the Wolf album and nearly didn't listen to it because of the cover art, but I'm glad I did!

My Japanese Virgin Killer CD has the original cover art too. I'm yet to be convinced that's a good thing.

I'm not sure that it is myself. In the context of this thread, I guess it depends on the definition of "worst". It's certainly exploitative.
