Here's the skinny on Jan (no pun intended)

She used to work a s alimo drimer and used to slip her videos in with "real" videos she used to deliver to record company execs. They were hilarious and got around the world of record companies as a kind of run-on gag (kinda like the internet before the internet). She becaume cult level famous for how horribly bad she was.

A few years ago, Marylin Manson had her play his birthday party!! Classic

speaking of bad videos, I just recently saw WASPs Wild Child video. Not as bad as the other two, but it sucks so bad it's good. Actually, that's a pretty good description of their music.
