It's like, I kinda started this thread in hopes of a gathering of the minds concerning thievery, but I guess that didn't work. I'll try anyhow:

I've been lucky in that I've only had a handful of shit stolen from me, two incidents of some fucker taking my tools, about $150 worth last time and $100 this time (this morning ). Pain in the ass, but not that big of a deal. When I lived with my parents our house was broken into and they took some jewelry of my mom's which consisted of some real family heirloom type of stuff. Taking shit that isn't yours is bad enough, but taking shit that means NOTHING to you but something to the previous owner, that's just vile.
