Writers wanted for metal site

I'm looking for writers to contribute to www.fuckingheavy.net, a metal news, reviews and features site. It'll feature news, album reviews, opinion pieces, etc. Think Metal Sucks but a lot better.

So, come at me with rants, opinions, reveiws...and I'll publish with your own photo and byline.

Even without payment, where is the incentive to the contributing author?
Even if 'better than MetalSuck' is an achievable goal what's going to actually drive people to the new site?
How is your site different to any other site?
There is hundreds of wordpress sites already doing metal reviews and opinions, they take about ten minutes to set one up by someone with no web experience. And there is shitloads of rag sites posting the same news bylines with different headings and cut and pasted text, the market is saturated, standing out is going to be difficult.
