So now that I finally moved to a place where I have a spare room for the Studio and a license to make noise until my neighbors stop thinking of us as the nice-looking young couple who just moved in next door, I am in desperate need of a decent pair of monitors and some acoustic treatment for the room. And a new pc, and a better interface, and some mics, etc etc etc but gotta start from the beginning.
So right now I'm looking at this nice bundle at thomann http://www.thomann.de/es/krk_rp5_rokit_g2_bundle.htm?sid=2a0298db98223647e6467ee98d17e7c3 cause I've been checking the krk's and they seem like a good first pair, but of course if anyone around here is planning on selling some similar things I would gladly save some money by getting them used, my limit is pretty much the price on that bundle, right now I really can't go further but I need to buy these things soon.
Oh and any ideas on DIY ISOpads like those are appreciated, I don't even know what those things are made of!
