fyi,
i have an AKG C414 B-XL II, that i perhaps want to sell soon, i got an Neumann U87 these days and perhaps will not need the C414 anymore, but first i have to do some test recordings with the U87 in the next weeks to see how it fits with our singer.
i know, its not the B-ULS you explicit look for.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Unfortunately I'm after a B-ULS to complete the pair.
I wouldn't sell the C141 unless you really need the money. It's very different to the 87. Both great mics!

thanks for the advice.. yeah i´ve been thinking over it, i would take the money to invest into a new preamp, but its not necessary for me to sell the C-414, i´m just not feeling good when the mic would stay unused in its case for months or years.
