Pretty cool but a $1000 for a random casio quality sound generator with lights is a lot of money.

seems pretty performance-art oriented. I accomplish something similar to the video socialnumb posted by recording a song the old fashioned way and then turning on visualization in windows media.
Seriously though, it's very innovative but seems too geared towards traditional loops to realize it's true potential which IMO would be extreme avant garde electronic.

I think its full potential can be unlocked by using it as a MIDI controller. In this capacity I think it would be pretty amazing to see what somebody like Aphex Twin or Björk could do with it.
