so i was too bored to put DIs on guitars and triggers on the drum in a live show i recorded some days ago because i was too drunk and trusted the house engineer with the mic placement, he screwed up and now i have to match-eq guitars and fix dozens of mistakes in the drum replacement.

and the worst part. i f*cking have to deliver tommorow. f*ck me right? :Spin:

Maybe the FOH guy sucked but you can't blame him if you were too drunk and lazy to look at mics and listen to the tracks. Even good FOH guys aren't going to mic for a recording b/c it's an entirely different job.

yeah i don't blame the FOH guy. anyway i got a killer guitar tone using eq matching

bass was DI'd straight to the soundboard so I didn't have any problem with that.
