Will again said:I'm definitely going to attend the rock walk ceremony! tomorrow night at 7:30... will you be there?
just saw that OzzFest is in Denore or whatever the fuck it was, about an hour from here... i'll have to pass on it. we don't want to go too far out of the way. after driving from south jersey to cleveland, to minnesota, to las vegas, to san diego, to los angeles, we're burnt out on driving around haha
Will in Venice Beach said:4 days left until I fly back to Philadelphia. where the fuck are you LA people at?
Arch said:I'm about 20 minutes directly east of Los Angeles (the city).
If you want to see some concerts in L.A., here's a website that list upcoming metal shows:

There's an Iron Maiden induction at Hollywood tomorrow, according to that site.
MetalSteph said:Hey Will - I think you have to be 21 to get into the Rainbow after 9pm. But if you get there early for dinner they let all ages in. Devore is the SoCal Ozzfest. It is at least an hour away, but it's the only place big enough for Ozzfest. You should totally go if you can. Tix are $35 for lawn. I wish i had extra tix for you. Here's the press release for Maiden at Rockwalk.

Random Beard said:"Oh yeah, I owe you guys an explanation:
Iron Maiden were supposed to show up at 7:00 pm. They didn't. Whoever the fuck was hosting the event (likely Guitar Center), started jerking Iron Maiden fans around. They had a local radio DJ (Jim Ladd) talked for a few minutes, then another lady spoke. By 8:30-ish, the members of Iron Maiden still were in hiding. They started closing and opening the gate (pictured above.) Hell broke loose. LAPD with night sticks and probably riot gear removed us."
