No deals will be made with the original cast until the script is complete.[24] The story will feature old and new Ghostbusters.[25] Ramis had collaborated with Eisenberg and Stupnitsky on The Year One. Judd Apatow is also producing that film, and has made other films for Columbia, so they hope he will provide cast members for Ghostbusters III. back to the initial question... yes, I do find a connection with Vigo and the slime. When Vigo was attempting to take over the child, the museum was covered in the slime, but a hard shell version of it. this is the same slime that Ray scooped up and used as an experiment/evidence. since the slime was making sure that Vigo wouldn't be disturbed, it has EVERYTHING to do with Vigo.
