I've heard mixed opinions about this band on whether they fit into "True Metalhead" territory or not. Some accept ATB with open arms, others loathe them as a part of the Deathcore band wagon.
What are your views on ATB?
Personally, I think they sound pretty awesome. They're individual and in my opinion separate themselves from the rest of the now ever growing "Hardcore Influenced" fad bands (e.g. Bring Me The Horizon and all the other clones) through soaring solos, technicality (excluding breakdowns- but frankly I don't know why everyone fuses so much over them) and generally a fresher sound which I think is enough to welcome them under the big umbrella of metal.
I admit Forgiving a Future Self was a bit more generic and way closer to the Hardcore side, but Rareform is a massive breath of fresh air.
