Yeah my teacher made that clear to me in modern history last year when i kept referring to them as stupid commy fags. It promotes bludging, you can slack off and do no work all day and at the end of the day,still get the same size loaf of bread and can of beans as your neighbour who tore his scrotum digging for potatoes.
