It's definitely a Strapping Young Lad-esque outlet for Gene Hoglan. I think they're pretty cool, but SYL is better...

We played a show with SYL and Zimmers a few years back.....both intense as fuck. ZH's live show is unparalleled for hilarity (and I've seen GWAR live too!) The keyboard player randomly hitting the samples of moaning chicks and arena-crowds cheering between songs was priceless!

I was supposed to see Zimmer's Hole with Soilwork last night, but they pulled due to a death in Gene's family, and Byron havin a broken hand. I'm bummed... but I hope they'll come through soon, I think they're awesome!

I bought their first album when it came out a while back, purely on the back that it was Dev that produced it (and that it was members of SYL)
