zonealarm pro help!

when u cant even post a message at a zone pro forum what else can i do lol,anyway here is the problem.

when i go to msn messenger it wont let me sign in as i have a firewall and i dont feel like diasabling firewall everytime i need to use messenger,problem is adding new host site to trusted network section,i do not know what they mean by host site name and i dont know how to get isp or host name description,i have tried typing msn for host site bit it doesnt recognise this,typing website did not work either,fuck i hate this shit

On zone alarm basic, the free one, you can allow programs access. double click on zone alarm, then go to programs and put the green check for msn messenger.
