anyone know round about verb/settings zuess tends to use on drums?

i really like his verb settings and i am struggling with getting a nice verb going, even with convultions, on these drums

Can someone recommend all the best Zeuss releases? I'm sure I have some, but I can't find info anywhere on the dude. I know he has done work for many bands though over the years. Lots of Mass. hardcore bands.

Some of my favorite things he's done:

Emmure - Goodbye to the Gallows

Ion Dissonence - Minus the Herd

Shadows Fall - The War Within/Threads of Life

Carnifex - The Diseased and Poisoned

Whitechapel - This Is Exile

Thy Will Be Done - Was and Is To Come

Hatebreed - Supremecy

A couple others that are kind of love em or hate em type sounds are

The Acacia Strain - Continent

Arsis - We Are The Nightmare

I think he mixed the newest 3 Inches of Blood CD too, which sounds quite good.

i heard he only mixed the white chapel cd
anyone know whats up with that

I read that in a Whitechapel interview recently. I think they chose to record with someone closer to home who they personally knew, but i dont remember there being an explanation for that decision.

That's true actually. I think they recorded with Johnny Fay who used to be in The Red Chord. He does a lot of good stuff. I think he's based in New Hampshire.

yeah zuess mixed it and supposedly he used the slate samples on whitechapel. i kinda hear it to.

i was at the emmure recording sessions and i have to say the man is a beast! he is a true pro and is super duper cool to talk to and learn from.

Thanks guys! A lot of those are favorites of mine already. I love the production on the new Municipal Waste.

Does he have a website?

thanks

I´ve just recently gotten into his work and I must say that he does some really good stuff. I got the Whitechapel cd and the drum tone / verb is awesome. Not sure if I like the guitars as much, imo they´re a bit on the grainy / fizzy side.
