Any ZZ fans here? I know there's a lot of you guys that are fans of 70's rock. I love the band. I'm more of a fan of their stuff from the 70's. Billy Gibbons get some wicked tones & he's one of those guys that, when you hear the first guitar lick you know it's him.....

ZZ fan right here! Hey, what do you think of the new album?
Love it. It's not that much different from the rough mix that I've had for the last three months. They did remix the thing, just compare Mescalero, What Would You Do. And also the hidden track @ the end of the disc. I have ordered the Japanese version with an additional track & the show is this friday with ted nugent!

Old ZZ Top rocks! Don't care for the Mtv type stuff at all though. I saw them in 1981 (w/.38 Special opening) at Notre Dame. It was wild...a stadium full of bikers and a lot of "smoke". Those were the days....

HA! I bet alot of people on these boards weren't even born yet!

I love the classic 70's stuff. I "Like" the Eliminator through Recycler stuff, but it is not essential. I would suggest you check out any of the records that they have issued under RCA, they are a great balance of the old classic stuff with an updated sound.....
