Pirkanmaa district had a few interesting ones... like Seppo Lehto (finnish only, ignore the first couple of links). I had a good laugh one day when I saw his poster on my building's front door. His platform was something like "Nuke Baghdad and Moscow, the occupied territories must be returned at once" ("occupied territories" referring to Karelia and Petsamo). The poster had a picture of him too: a basic bust, with about 7 swastikas (this kind) around his head, and in the background, a map of Greater Finland -- Finland plus everything lost to the Soviet Union. I confess to being a bit nationalistic myself, but I sure am glad this fuck didn't get elected.

Just a few days ago I heard Pertti Salovaara also managed to get himself into the parliament. There really aren't many people as fag as he in Finland. Well, some of Marko's idols may be.

But Seppo Lehto, oh my. He is the man. Maybe the most hated spammer in the Internet inside Finland. Has been mass-posting quite... ehm, harsh letters to thousands of "important" people of Finland for years. To the president, for example. Often. Very often. Very many. Very spam. Lovely spam. Calling the head of our nation a communist lesbian traitor and such.

Seppo also has a jail sentence waiting for him. (Mikä helvetti on "etsintäkuulutus"?) The reason being loosely translated to "agitating people against a racial group", I believe the first of it's kind in Finnish history of law enforcement. That still didn't stop him of running his campaign...
