I doubt Disney has any desire to mess with the cash cow that is Marvel, especially the movie division. They will probably just release the future installments under their "adult" label Touchstone.

However, my suspicion of the real motive behind this is that when the battle to extend copyrights X years after the death of Walt Disney has become untenable due to public relations, they now have a motive to extend them X years after the death of Stan Lee.
