Looking for a band/album

I remember the cover of this album in MetalHammer..probably late 80's , early 90's...The background was green and the band's name was in green..and all I remember was a crowd wearing gas masks on the cover...I think they played thrash metal..and it's not sodom or overkill.. Does anyone know of this band?

Edit - no, they don't have gas masks on their album covers. The rest sounds a good fit though.

Thanks for the help, but it's not Toxik. you are right though the rest does fit. I'm thinking the band's name started with a H
