My vote goes for "Delusions". "Transcendental" still contains my two favourite To-Mera songs ("Parfum" and especially "Realm of Dreams") but I think the new album is a more solid release overall. Anyway, both albums are amazing.
I went for Transcendental. I do love Delusions, but I feel that Transcendental is a more solid, consistent release (plus it has "Born of Ashes" on, my favourite song by To-Mera).
It took me a while to really get into Delusions (as recently as a week ago) whereas I found Transcendental a lot more accessible (by To-Mera's standards).
Also, as much as I try, I cannot get into "Asylum", the song does nothing for me, whereas all the songs off Transcendental I have been able to get into quite easily. Maybe it's just a matter of time. That being said, "Inside the Hourglass" is a ridiculously good song (second only to "Born of Ashes" of course )
