Shamanism

Anyone here know anything about Shamanism? I would love to know your thoughts and views on the subject.

I'm not a Shaman but I take what works for me from every religion. I have many teachers but my way/path is my own.

I don't believe in hierarchy...

Have you read the Carlos Castaneda's books?
Even if you do not believe on the stories told in the book, behind them there is a very subtle and amazing knowledge.
