Symphony X special edition w/ DVD?

It looks like the European sites (ie: Amazon.de) are indicating that the new Symphony X disc will come with a special edition DVD. Is the DVD going to be available with the U.S. verison also?

I've heard from one of the distributors here in Australia that the SE will be available here, but only through certain stores... I guess that would suggest it will be available in the U.S. as well...
