Tabbing out SyX

Hi guys, i started tabbing out the guitar for Set the world on fire, was wondering if you guys could have a look see what you think so far, i havent done tabbing before so if its a complete mess i apologise and i might try and do a simpler song to start with, but if you guys think its accurate ill carry on tabbing it and add in the other instruments!

Dude that's excellent! Especially those fills! I'll see if I can add bass sometime in the near future.

I started to transcribe the self titled song from the new album:

Paradise Lost GP5

Paradise Lost MIDI

My transcription is incomplete so please feel free to correct the errors and fill the empty parts. If anyone updates the file, he/she should let people know about it.

Hehe...thanks a lot! :)

I'm trying to get more of it down right now..but I'm just having too much fun playing that intro on my guitar over and over HAHAH.

Great riff.

Edit: I updated my link to a more solid version of it.

I'm working on some tabs of this album...
I have Set the World on Fire until last Chorus (without the guitar solos)...
Paradise Lost until second Chorus.
Revelation from Intro to first Pre-Chorus and the Instrumental part before the "piano break".
Where can I upload them for you to see them?

http://upload.divshare.com/ - and post the link they give you!

I can't wait to hear them! What instrument(s) did you tab the songs on? I have all three of those songs on bass if you're interested.

This is Revelation (all instruments), GP5:

Missing some parts yet, notice that there is a big "break" after the first chorus, just go on further for the instrumental part of the song.

Paradise Lost (all instruments) here, quite similar to 1by4by9 tab...

And Set The World on Fire too, all instruments once again.

This goes up to the last Chorus, misses the guitar solos.

Whatever, hope you like the tabs.

Oh, almost forgot, I tab them in 7 strings... Because as a keys player I use the little keyboard that GP provides, but it doesn't work with tunings.

EDIT: Set the World on Fire is on D tuning.

Nice!

The tunings may be wrong, but the notes are pretty much right! I have bass tabs for a few of those tunes, and I can put the bass in the right tuning (if you'd like) and send them back to you...

Hey, is there away you can make Revelation an older version of GP? or maybe you can turn it into a webtab or whatever its called. I have been dieing to learn this song, and my ear has gone to crap from lack of practice. Thanks for putting in the work on what you have. Thanks
