Division w/Iris Divine and No Stars Over California, Mar. 20th, Alexandria, VA...

Thanks guys. Division is the one thing I'm going to miss up here. I wish you the best of luck and will always be promoting you. This has been a fun 6 years and an awful lot of great memories that I'll never forget. \m/ RonCK

    Clockwork-Surface Tension

Power metal yes, but awesome! It had some neat time sig changes going on in addition to sick shredding. Unfortunately, it was a lot better than the followup Transitions. \m/ RonCK

    Clockwork-Surface Tension

Zod, They're not gone though. They've got a new one on the way: http://www.myspace.com/archetypetheband \m/ RonCK

    Clockwork-Surface Tension

I love the Clockwork disc (very Yes like to my ears) I love the Divine Regale (but Horizons > Ocean Mind) The Altura disc wasn't bad either, but could of been produced heavier and have to add Dali's Dilemma & Lemur Voice. Probably my favorite 2 Magna Carta releases. \m/ RonCK

    The ORIGINAL Iron Maiden

Hey Jasonic, OT, but I was wondering if you'd include Cirith Ungol in the category of early doom? The first two records struck me as very Sabbath derivative, but cool none the less. \m/ RonCK

Dirk Thurisch is back with Angel Dust

Wow Glenn. That video rocks. It just makes me more sad that I missed out on ProgPower II. III was my first. I hope you get them back and they kick that much ass again. My favorite note about Angel Dust has always been Martin Poppoff's comment that they were the best you could hope for from...

    Armageddon

I *love* Embrace the Mystery. It's a really solid disk with a great backing band. Chris' band and playing are really good on the first disk, Crossing the Rubicon, too, but that one is very much melo-death. Don't grab it unless you can deal with the cookie monster vocals. I like it better...

Holy Crap, the new Antithesis rules

I know Krusty is a ProgPower regular, but I don't know if he ever hangs out on the forum. I've liked Antithesis since the Beast of Man demo track that I have from '99. Both of the first discs kicked ass, but the new material blows them away. The old singer had a Zak Stevens sort of thing going...

Another band for Depeche Mode Era Soilwork fans

I've go to go with Zod on this one. I'd rate the albums: Predator's Portrait Natural Born Chaos Steelbath... Chainheart... Sworn to... Stabbing... Figure... \m/

Paul Di'Anno got his US Visa.....

Thanks for sharing this Stingray. I missed it whenever it had been announced originally. That clarifies things immensely. That being said, I'm still expecting the cops to be waiting for Di'Anno as he walks out of the "secure" part of the airport terminal. They tend to have long memories...
