    some people like drawn out vocals, not sure what you mean by - no dynamics - Some of the fotn themes are about summerian mythology and fallen angels - as in the book of enoch and this is reflected in their music so their music does have meaning to it.

    You may find mourning sun is worth a listen. I think this is a beautiful album of musically layered dreamscapes. Though the only member of the original band on the album is the vocalist. Though it still maintains that distinct nephilim sound.

    Jesu/Godflesh

    Their first full length album jesu - jesu is exellent and has occasional rumblings of godflesh beneath the surface. Also the album conquerer has its moments of genius too.

    I was sent this cd as a freebie with a Nuclear Assault album that i won on ebay. I had never heard of them before but was pretty impressed by them, well worth another listen.:rock:

    Virus - Force Recon - Virus were a thrash band around in the late eighties / early nineties and only brought out 3 albums (i think) which were Pray for war/ force recon and Lunacy. Does any one here remember them? :zombie: crystal dawn
