the beginning of The Leper Affinity is pretty malevolent. especially when the vocals kick in. The Grand Conjuration seemed pretty evil as well, at least from what i was able to hear from the rip.

the "rise to submission" riff in By the Pain I See in Others. that's definitely one of their most underrated songs. the first distorted riff in The Moor is good too. the beginning of Nectar. the chorus in Serenity Painted Death. i could go on and on... i can't really agree with...
