Thousand points for the .wav files!! The bass tone is really original, I just don't like the litte rattle in the high-end as if the bass was tuned too low for what it was meant to be. You never go wrong with danelectro, even the wasabi series of effect pedals is really decent.

Great! it does sound full and warm, but I can hear some clipping here and there. If you post a .wav version of this clip i'll master it with pleasure.

Why do you need to make a song as loud as the others if the others sound like complete shit. Do master it softer, you'll get better results and better feedbacks about the sound of it when poeple will bring their volume up. The vocals are a bit too high and man they sound like plastic.

About the cymbals sounding like 8-bit, they are real miked ones, I may have high-passed them a little high tought because the kick was bleeding alot in every single microphone. Could sound incredible as an effect during a break with spoken vocals or mix it with distant, but aggressive screams.

audible clipping here and there. The low end is really pleasant, but the clipping and distortion troughout the song, really kills it. The hi-hat rythm during the chorus would sound incredible with a high-passed reverb panned the right side.

you can extract the peaks and then sidechain it to an instrument track so that each peak stands as a midi impulse.

The mix feels a bit too much on the dry side, especially for the keys and vox at times.
