For rhythm guitars usually around 90-140 Hz. Higher for leads, you don't need any low end rumbling on lead guitars.

Cool song, I would love to hear it with vocals. I just did a quick listening in my phone headphones. I find the cymbals have some ear piercing frequencies quite annoying to me. Nice OSDM guitar tone man, and the low end sounds good to me :)

Did any of you guys try to use the MIDI tracks included? I just noticed that they are very out of sync with the real snare and kick. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
