Hmm, anyone care to explain to me the concept of a secondary market tour? Was the Fall 2008 US tour also a secondary market tour? What's the difference? I'm not much of a concert goer usually, but I can't let the rare opportunity of AA coming to my home state of Virginia pass me by. Thanks.
