Reaper kills Mixcraft in terms of how professional it is. But Mixcraft includes a few more extras. Though i think Mixcrafts extra stuff sucks. Reapers unbeleiveably much cheaper too. It works so well, especially for Metal Purposes. Get it haha

Nice quote thats hilarious haha. I think i figured it out. I changed the reverb space to a Plate as opposed to a thin hall. Thickened it. Figured out that the kick was on a low end boost the way i had it. Defaulted it. Changed the cabs and micing to Mesa 4x12 with 421 mics. The sounds kicking me...

Alright the singer didnt want much reverb at all but ima add a little more so it doesnt sound so raw. And is the kick really that muddy or is it just buried in the mix?cuz here i thought Steven Slates 'Kick 10' was the ultimate kick hahahah. Oh and.... How do i bring up the guitars presence...

Ya I bet. But when i play in that low tuning it feels a lot beefier to me. Maybe not as powerful tho. The singing range was actually one of the big things that made me switch tho. Even tho one might wonder who the hell sings when playing in Drop A XD

Hah so yesterday..... I almost bought the DR Drop-Tuning megaheavy strings at .65 low e. Guitarcenter didnt have them tho so they gave me GHS Boomers, the thickest ones at a .70 low e. It sounds amazingly heavy but be warned if your used to strings less thick 1.The .70 was a bitch to put on, it...

alriight i just installed some .11-.70s. They sound fucking brutal. But the 70 was soooo hard to get installed. Is there a reason to be worried about the neck? 25.5? that was a jump from .46 to .70 so IDK what to think

What about a 25.5 with 13-65 strings in drop A?
