Old IR needed after HD crash. Plz help a brotha!

Hey thank you so much mate! Sorry I did not see this earlier. Found a good soul through sevenstrings.org to send them to me. I promised him I'll do some new impulses asap. I'll post them here as well as a mark of gratitude. Hope everything is fine for the old sneapsters (too many to mention)...

Still can't find the Mesa ones I did (from that thread I think: http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/threads/new-mesa-impulses-6505-power-amp.616505/) and the famous original Catharsis Awesometime / S-peshigh If anyone has them and is willing to send them, that would be perfect.

Old IR needed after HD crash. Plz help a brotha!

Hey peeps! Long time no see. Looks like dead city in here tbh. One of my Hard Drive crashed the other day loosing all sort of shits, samples and stuff, including my old IR collection. Would anyone be kind enough to repost the essentials. (was there even a meta thread of sorts?). Meaning, off...

Mesa MKV vs MKIII and Triple Rectifier

All three+ are great. but there's something about the Mark III that makes it work better in the mix imo. It's a bit less honky than the Mark 4 and a bit more defined than the recto.

    Cheap alternative to MD421

BF521's are essentially the same mic as modern MD421 and they are often slightly more affordable (the only difference is they don't have the shitty high-pass filter that non one ever uses anyway). That being said, vintage MD421's (the grey ones) are incomparable in my opnion.

Multitracks - Provide the best mix, and get paid to mix the album

How much do I get paid for this masterpiece? (sorry, no shitcloud account)

Sound performance of PALMER DACCAPO compared to pro rmp

I have both and have slight preference for the Pro RMP (which was only slightly modded, see this thread: http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/threads/radial-prormp-modification.568415/)

    Piccolo snare appreciation thread!

Sounds great indeed! Never noticed your samples before. I sent you a virtual pint! :) Edit: the archive is corrupted on my end.

    Piccolo snare appreciation thread!

Piccolos and high pitched snares aren't necessarily related. A lot of people tend to make that confusion. I haven't had great experience with real piccolo snares but I love high pitched cracky snares in the right context. The best similar sound sound I had was with a 13x7 wooden snare tuned...

Andy Sneap Touring with Judas Priest

We have to get used to it. Bands are aging and with age comes this sort of unfortunate situations. At least, they didn't pull the hologram bullshit.
