Now, looking forward to the vinyl release of Woods II my favourite album of theirs.

Picked up the 100-run vinyl. Had to do it from work because I didn't want to miss out. I have a copy of each of the Earache Woods vinyls that were limited to 100 (so, pink Woods IV, silver Woods V and now blue Woods III).

Got the black one only. Almost $60 CAD after shipping, ouch! But it's worth it for this limited edition LP of one of my favourite albums of all-time.

I finally broke the seal (after holding on to it for a month) and played the record recently. Sounds great - and now I can't wait for The Black Waltz to be released on vinyl!

I miss the Woods part too. But message boards in general are a dying breed, UM is no exception unfortunately. Go to Kalmah's board - they released a new kickass album in June but there's barely a whisper over there.

I used to feel the same way about The Black Waltz, but over time it has become not only my favourite Kalmah album, but one of my favourite albums of all-time. Go back and revisit it again and again, and you will see it grows on you.

Awesome story bro, welcome to the Kalmah brotherhood! There are not many of us, but Kalmah fans are the most hardcore fans of any band I've ever known. I have had the pleasure of seeing them live 4 times on their 2 Canadian tours. I had to travel great distances to attend these shows!
