This is a sound I've been working on for a while. It's a fusion of electronic music and metal. I don't listen to much electronic music...most of my influences come from death metal, black metal and mostly....metal. I am interested in what you all think?

I'll definitely check out those samples. It would be sick if people listed all there favorite drum samples, for this style of music.

Thanks for the good advice, the idea with making the bass a little grittier is working nicely. I know a little about how drumagog works, but what would be some recommended drum samples to use for a song like this? Any personal favorites?

Yeah, youtube totally does a number on my mix with their compression. I do agree with the guitar tone being a little to grainy....maybe I will put a LPF to smooth it out a little. Any advice for making the drums sound better?
