    Wireless systems?

Oh, just realized you're in Europe. Which means you cannot use the X2 systems. Well, I suppose the Relay are the same digital wireless technology, so I say go for it.

    Wireless systems?

I have the Line 6 XDR95. It's easy to set up and no noise at all. Rackmounting it is a bit of pain in the ass, but nothing impossible. Battery gets drained of course after 5 hours, but who gives a shit about that really?... the led gives you the battery life in a nice fashion... and you can...

Guitarists- What's your live setup? (and teach me abouts wahs?)

LTD EC-1000 > X2 XDR95 Digital Wireless > Korg DTR 2000 > BOSS NS-2 > Ibanez TS9 > Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier > Marshall 1960B. Wanna get a Rectifier cabinet definitively, and a few more thingies here and there, but that does it for me... at least live.

    ESP LTD EC-1000

The new ESP LTD EC-1000 comes with ESP locking tuners... I've had some tuning issues with mine, but now after some calibration it seems it has become more stable. I don't know if Sperzel locking tuners are better than the ESP locking tuners, or if they would actually make any difference in...

Just bought EMG's for my RGA121

I managed to fit 2 batteries into my Ibanez RG cavity... it took me a while but I did it. They fit super tight after all, but saved me the ass pain of cutting off wood to make extra room.

    Mesa Dual Trem-o-verb

    Go get it.

    DiMarzio cliplock strap.

Thank you guys again. Just did that. Fits perfectly.

    DiMarzio cliplock strap.

    Great, thank you.

    DiMarzio cliplock strap.

Thanks, folks. 16S: I'm still not getting your picture quite well... sorry. Strap hooks? haha goddamn it, so many terms got me confused. If what you're saying implies "cero flexibility" in terms of moving on stage with the guitar and stuff like that, it won't work for me. I'm gonna try a few...

    DiMarzio cliplock strap.

Hell yeah, they are the best for sure... Thing is, I don't want to get my new guitar drilled. I had a cliplock installed on my Ibanez by a luthier, but who knows what that guy did back then. Now I want to make sure nothing weird happens.

    DiMarzio cliplock strap.

Yes, thanks. I'd just have to glue those bastards to make sure nothing else happens... When you say the scraps (straps?) "don't swing", you mean they don't rotate on the "axis" (screw) in ANY way? that got me a bit confused... sorry.

    DiMarzio cliplock strap.

Dumb question, I guess... but I don't really like the idea of drilling the guitar body to make bigger screws fit in. My case: LTD EC-1000. Has anyone installed DiMarzio cliplocks on it? The strap comes with a pair of black screws which are bigger, for Ibanez and such, and another pair...

    Tube Screamer FAQ Version 1

Yes, sorry, I didn't mean the pedal's volume knob, but the amplifier's, I wasn't clear on that... and of course I try to set them at the same rate so there is no difference when active/bypassed. Anyway... I use it on all the time haha. Just meant to say that when I played at a louder volume I...

    Tube Screamer FAQ Version 1

You actually mean "should NOT turn the volume too high"? I dunno, I suppose it works different with each kind of amp/cab... I use it with a Dual Rectifier and it smokes everything when the Recto is kranked. At least from live performance experience I can tell you that. Don't know much...

    Tube Screamer FAQ Version 1

Try pushing the volume a bit higher. The difference is pretty noticeable there. At least when I use it live, I need a high volume setting, and I can hear the picking and the tone sound really different with the TS switched on.
