Wow man thank you guys. The link Mago posted is what i was searching for... now i know it's called "bounce" :D The Multi-Out function in SD2 is very cool, but in my case i was looking for a solution for my cpu usage problem. I think to bounce the tracks is the thing that will help me :)...

Hey, the past two days i tried to figure out how it's possible to print the midi-notes, coming from SD2 to audio tracks, so that i can close the SD2 Vst-Instrument to safe up a little memory;replace certain drums, mix the kit like a real drumkit without using the SD2 internal mixer and so...

thanks :) yeah the Drums are just processed with the SD plugins. i just replaced the avatar kick with the kick from Metal Machine, but thats all. everythin else is the avatar kit

turned down the mids of the Bassguitar a little bit. but all the OH are already panned hard left or right does it sound better? I also reworked the eq of the Guitars

for this updated mix i deleted the "80" panned guitars. Now i've got only 100 L/R, nothing more :/

There are 2 different Tracks for the Guitars. One recorded for the Guitars on the right and copied (100/80) and one recorded for the left guitars, copied(100/80)

@ ManFromMars yes there is an undistorted bass track which is already layered with the Distorted, and the Guitars are panned 100%/80% each side an updated Mix :)

Hi Siguros thank you for your comment. The Bass is a clean DI, one with Distortion and one without Distortion sorry if i did not express myself the right way

Hey ho, at the moment i'm trying to mix my Bands first Song, but i really think taht this mix, does not sound quite organized, balanced and i cannot get the Guitars be more like "in your face"... difficult to explain :zzz: So this is the my first mix attempt. What can i do better...
