Rhapsody. Manage to sound different but still within their own style. Dragonforce sound EXACTLY the same on every CD. Iron Maiden aren't power metal but certainly created or influenced the genre the most. SymphX are good but for me they don't particularly stand out and the same for Hammerfall.
