Damn, I was actually really intrigued by the tones Nolly gets on that bass so I may invest in one. Sounds awesome. :worship: Lately, I've been experimenting with multiple distortion pedals/amp sims in the chain and have had some interesting results but I haven't quite found what I'm looking...

I've been using this plugin called Juicy77 ever since I caught someone on here mention it was good for bass grit. It's really neat but I want to see what everybody else likes because I'm tired of lack of variety for my dirty bass tones!

I've done this for my own music, but with Skyrim soundscapes All I did was use Camtasia with the setting switched on to record sound output and run the game, capture the sounds I want, load up audio file from the resulting video in my DAW, and cutting, labeling, etc.

Definitely gonna buy when you put it out, looks awesome so far

The guitar sound is fucking awesome Only problem I have is how loud the cymbals are. If they were lower, vocals [and everything else] would also be in their proper places

I just processed the DI. Split it up into three parts. First one is HP at 60 and LP at 200, just lots of thick bass to carry the mix Second layer it HP at 200 and LP at like 6K I think. Mid range grind The top layer is HP at like 1K and LP at around 8K. I basically just distorted the balls...

I did this entire album with Zombass II The guitars are actually a mix between Electri6ity and Shreddage II as well Sounds pretty good to me lol :rock:

I've got to say that guitar tone is very unique. It has certain "dark" characteristics that I love Mix sounds good. Really excited to hear the rest of the album!
