I'll be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect from Gus's solo album, I'm not the biggest fan of excessive guitar solos but I was absolutely blown away by I Am The Fire!! Cannot stop listening to it!

I shall most definitely be at the Wakefield gig! Love these guys. Caught them first on the Stratovarius/Firewind tour and they were brilliant, absolutely blew me away. It's a shame that Tainted Nation aren't supporting for this date but Fahran are great too so looking forward to seeing them...

I'll be honest, I was absolutely gutted when Apollo left. Changing singers is such a huge thing for me, a voice is such a massive part of a band's sound. Kelly's a great singer but he lacks some of the ballsy rock POWER that Apollo had behind his voice. I saw Firewind at Bloodstock last year...

So I'm not new but I am back! Sorry it's been a while, life got a little crazy!!! I'm back now though, looking for more Firewind related fun!
