Like the others, I'd say vocals need to be down. Also, the toms need a little more resonance, they sound like they end too quickly, and in the beginning, I'd turn up the backing guitar track that is under the lead guitar.

I think you're a little too concerned about the effects rather than the actual way the song sounds. Reverse cymbals/snares, etc. will not sound cool if the whole mix does not sound good overall.

I'm kinda late on this, but I can't help but notice that you said you use Izotope Ozone for mastering? I used to use it and I was very unsatisfied with the results so I stopped, it seemed as if it muffled my sound and took away from the punchy aspect of my recordings. Any tips Joey?
