Opeth - Dallas, TX House of Blues - October 15!!!

HAHAH I was right next to that guy too! He started to run out of the crowd with his throw-up hands covering his mouth and reached for me to move and I was out of the way in a heart beat This show was fucking incredible though. My first time to see Opeth!!!!! (The 4 hour trip was WELL worth...

    Spreading The Gospel

hmmm....this thread has turned to shit About Opeth sharing, I've done similar things. I've offered a few of my friends Ghost Reveries and Still Life together and they quickly became fans. One of them is actually in my band and now we're starting to write Opeth-inspired music.

    Inspiration for The Lotus Eater

Hmm, thats really interesting. It seems incredibly relevant. "the narrator is told of how Wilson exhausted all his resources. He continued living on the goodwill of the landlord who owned his cottage and did so for a year. By then, the landlord demanded that he pay the rent. In desperation...

    Fall US tour 2008

I partially retract my shit bands comment. I actually enjoy Baroness but the other two are still shit IMO. Nachtmystium's vocalist is annoying and HOF bores me to death with repetitiveness. Lucky for me, only Baroness and HOF are playing in Dallas. Then comes  OPETH

    playing Opeth backwards -

Not sure why anyone is still discussing this as an issue of intentions. Obviously it was intended for show, it wasn't hidden, and this thread has appeared on this forum numerous times. Old news people.

    Create-a-Supergroup!

Jeff Buckley was one of the finest vocalists who ever lived. I added him to my supergroup along with Akerfeldt on backup vocals. That would be godly.
