As a big fan of V material and older I can see where they are coming from but I also do love their heavier style that they have gotten themselves into. I think this album is fantastic, maybe not as consistent as Paradise Lost but definitely a better album overall. When All is Lost and Iconoclast...

the samples im really loving is Iconoclast, Bastards of the Machine, When All is Lost, Electric Messiah and Light up the Night

These samples alone are blowing out some songs on Paradise Lost...this is going to amazing.

Omg thank you! When All is Lost and Electric Messiah sound amazing! and that beginning (I'm assuming) of Iconoclast sounds more proggy then anything on Paradise Lost...im so excited!!

I was like 2 rows behind the rail in the middle and yeah it was amazing! I was pleased with the showing, a lot more people then the last two shows that they had in AZ. and yeah i couldnt stay a whole lot later, plus he was talking with his family so i got to shout at a distance as well lol

This song is definitely not a generic power metal song imo, more like a groovy progressive song to my ears. LOVE the solo in this one. I rather hear the same old songs like Inferno or Evolution then hearing Serpent's Kiss, Set the World on Fire or Paradise Lost. And seeing as how I have never heard a song off of V (which is my 2nd favorite album by them), I'll gladly take Evolution over anything. This is what I would love to...

Don;t get me wrong I love the Odyssey but I feel that they drop too much other material just to play it and I don't think its worth it. I rather have them drop Serpent's Kiss or Eve of Seduction and put Sea of Lies or Evolution back in the set. Paradise Lost has been way overplayed and I think...
